Windows gets stuck at startup
I have an ultrabook with windows 8 and yesterday I was installing my windows updates and the system froze. I used ctrl, alt, delete to log off the computer, started it up and tried again. Again the update froze (I was still able to get online, etc but there
was no progress or response from the installer). Again I logged off, after waiting a bit I tried turning on the computer again. Now I am stuck at start up - I get the initial screen but when I click rather than showing users I get a blue scree that says please
wait. After a little while it goes back to the initial screen, but everytime you try to proceed it says please wait. After an hour last night I was still being told to please wait.
