Windows does not recognize me as computer administrator, although I am.
I used to not be the computer administrator, but now I am. However, Windows still does not recognize me as a Computer Admin. account, and I still cannot access administrator only programs such as task manager and command prompt.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Ruckalaz,· What happens when you to try to access task manager & command prompt?· Were you able to access task manager & command prompt after becoming the Administrator of the machine?It seems to be a virus or malware infection on your machine.a) You may run an online virus scan from the link given below.
