Windows design or memory algorithm, virtual memory...

Where do I post question about "Windows design or memory algorithm, virtual memory..."

and "Storage space with Virtual memory"

Questions:

1- I understand I can specify which drive to use as virtual memory but I need to understand in which order the algorithm choose the drive (like I can declare a hdd (drive 1), ssd (drive 2), PCIe ssd (drive 3) and a RAID 0  of PCIe SSD (drive 4) but the virtual memory will pickup first my hdd first then my ssd then the PCIe ssd etc....I would like to be able to tweak this so it choose the 8GBps RAID 0 PCIe drive instead of the 50MBps hdd...I want it to use the hdd the last in case there is not enough space left on the raid 0....I understand it uses several drive in // but still drive 1 seems to be used first.

(more details here https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/71ce1721-dd31-4891-aa36-bda321369099/advance-virtual-memory-managment-tool?forum=w8itproperf)

2 - I would like to use a PCIe ssd RAID 0 as the virtual memory disk.
I have 2 PCIe ssd cards, I would like to put them in RAID 0 so I can also use them as the "virtual memory" disk for windows and benefit from the speed increase that RAID 0 brings (writing on several ssds in //).
- I can use the default "windows raid 0 software" as "virtual memory" (but I believe this one isn't optimize to use 2 or more drives in //, correct? so I do not get the benefit of speed increase that raid 0 brings).
- It seems I can not use a "Storage Space raid 0" as virtual memory? Is there a way to do it?
