Hi Steve, What's the error message you got? Any related logs in your Event Viewer? What do you mean crash? Any dump files recorded? Please provide us with more details. And you can try the general method firstly. Enter into Safe Mode with Networking to check if it crash. Also perform a Clean Boot.
