Windows backup (Media)
For a couple weeks now I have been trying to backup my Windows DVD/CD drive and I have had no luck. I can no longer burn cds or dvds until the backup runs successfully. Im not a computer wiz or anything so i could be doing it wrong. But the notification tells me to insert a USB or a blank CD/DVD, I first inserted a blank DVD and it started backing up until about 20%, then it told me to eject that DVD and insert another one, which I did and that DVD only backed it up from the 20% to the 25% and is still stuck at the 25% for about 3 hours. After those 3 hours, the cd ejected and said there was a problem. I tried it again the next couple days with the same problem occuring. I got a blank USB drive and inserted that along with the blank DVD and it is still doing the same thing. I never knew backing up a computer would be so frustrating. If you could help me with this process it would be MUCH appreciated! And again, I only need the DVD/CD drive to be backup up. Sincerely, Hannah
