Upon accessing my user account of my computer, I get an error message that expresses that Windows cannot recognize or verify my user profile. Thus, any changes made to any programs will not save (except documents) in Word. Don't aggravate yourself with finding a solution. Create a new user account and transfer all your personal data to the new account. Once the transfer is complete delete the problematic account.I don't vote for myself I'm not here for the points.
