I use Windows XP WITH SERVICE PACK3 on my laptop.Windows firewall is off when I start my computer,but the firewall finally turns on,but it is slow to come on.Everything stops loading on my start up menu bar until it turns on.The firewall also turns off when I shut my computer down.What can I do to fix this problem or at least make the firewall start faster?1 person needs an answerI do too
