Windows XP vs. Windows 7, What tasks that required administrative access in Windows XP no longer require administrative access in Windows 7?

As the title asks, I am wondering if anyone can link me to a white paper or other Microsoft document that gives a comparison or list of what tasks that formerly required administrative access in Windows XP (such as installing programs, adding printers etc.) that by default in Windows 7 no longer require such access? Haven't had too much luck in my search so far. Thanks
