Windows XP user with unusable Outlook Express account
When I purchased my computer years ago, I set up an Outlook Express account with that ISP. It never ever let me send out emails so I just didn't use Outlook Express. I no longer have that ISP or the email address accompanying it, but do have at least one valid email address on the list I can use but still cannot send emails, always getting an error message. Is it possible to delete that Outlook Express and start up a new one? If so, how do I go about it?Remember - This is a public forum so never post private information such as email or phone numbers! Who is your mail server and what type of account? (POP3, Hotmail,etc.).Attempt to send a message so you get the error message and post it here in its entirety. You can left click on it to highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread. Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail]
