I am still having a promblem with my computer. System repair and command prompt still not working. I had a reply from Joselbarra, but I can't find the link again to reply to him. So if you see this here are some the answers to the questions you asked. My system is microsoft windows XP home edition version 2002, service pack three (although in add or remove programes there is no size MB next to service pack 3 and all my windows programes). I do not have anti virus and have never had since I purchased my computer 6 year ago ( I know, but I'm paying for it now).My /CDDVD player has not worked for approximately 2 years.Windows XP was already installed on my computer when I purchased it. The only CD I can find is for microsoft works 7.My issue is that system restore was taking over an hour to work. So I turned off my computerr, before it gave me the message that my restoration had be successful (or not). When I turned it on again I seemed to have lost all files of value, microsoft word and word processor, user account,msn. So I can't access the internet to download anything.I did try going through command prompt as Joselbarra suggested. regsvr32 jscript and vbscript were successful. However i mshtml was not. I had messages that said.LoadLibrary ("mshtml") failled-The specified module could not be found.No DLL name specified.usage: regsvr32 [/u] [/s] [/n][/i [cmdline]] dllname/u- unregister server/s- silent; dispalay no message boxes/i- call.Dll Install passing it on optional [cmdline]; when used with/u calls dll uninstallAs you can imagine, my mind is awashed with tenical jargon and I am none the wiser PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY. 1 person needs an answerI do too
