Windows XP shuts down while doing full system scan
Running Windows XP. Any time that I try to run a full system scan the computer shuts down. This happen while running Microsoft and Norton full system scan. Must unplug computor and restart several times somtimes over a hour to get it to restart. Also once in a while get notice High CPU. Did lots of getting ride of files, history, favorits, trash, etc. Must have virus - any way to fix problem??uptom1 person needs an answerI do too
