Windows XP pre-installed on my netbook not starting successfully
I own a ACER ONE NETBOOK, windows xp was pre-installed when I bought it Feb. 2009. My son was online and suddnely got a message on the screen saying windows is shutting down and now when I turn on the computer it says... "Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this." It gives me a couple of options to start in safe mode, last known good configuration, or start windows normally. I've tried all of these options and none of them are working. I have no idea how to fix this I tried the microsoft trouble shooting nothing worked. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give. Thanks1 person needs an answerI do too

You should choose "Last known good configuration " if are able to finally get in. What happens when you choose one of the safe modes? Do you receive any type of error messages? If so, post the complete error message in your reply. Sometimes deciding which battle to fight is the toughest battle of all….. Please visit my website @ http://repairbotsonline.weebly.com/
