Windows XP not detecting WiFi Card
I have a Toshiba Satellite U405-S2833, P# PSU40U-015013, S# 48054748W. Was loaded with VISTA, HD Crashed, replaced HD and loaded Win XP Pro V2002 with SP3, the only source OS I had. Everything works fine except XP does not detect the Intel 4965AGN MM1 WiFi card. System BIOS is Ver 4.0. LoadedPuppy Linux 5.0.1 intoU405-S2833 RAM and was able to detect, use, and download via the Intel 4965AGN MM1 WiFi card. Removed WiFi card, placed in it a Dell Laptop and was detected and worked fine. What do I need to do to get Win XP to detect the working WiFi Card?

Check the site of the vendor to get a driver. Install the driver so that Windows XP knows how to handle this hardware:http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=DL&os=&category=&moid=1998662&rpn=PSU40U&modelFilter=U405-S2833&selCategory=2756709&selFamily=1073768663@Moderator: Please move this topic to the Windows XP Forum?
