Windows XP desktop, won't display pictures, browse function disabled, how do I enable the function to display graphic background
After getting rid of a virus, I now can't use the desktop for showing an image. I can't right click on an image and choose "set as wallpaper" ( nothing happens) and I can't use the Display Properties "Browse" button...it is grayed out. Is there a fix for this? I've tried to edit the Registry based on others suggestions...and still no pictures. Help Please!
