Windows XP CD-ROM
In attempting to do an sfc /scannow on my computer a message popped up that states: Files that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the DLL Cache. Insert your Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM now.I cannot for the life of me find that CD-ROM. So now I am wondering if there is a possibility that Microsoft XP Home Edition can be downloaded from the Microsoft website?1 person needs an answerI do too

Sorry, not unless you have an MSDN/TechNet subscription. Borrow one from a friend or see: How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;326246 If it was an OEM license, you should contact whomever sold you the PC.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
