Windows XP SP3 / Frozen at start Screen, i.e. "press f10" etc. Old machine, no boot or recovery disk. Anyway to get past this? A generic boot disk that I can download and use on it? Thing was working fine, fine being a relative term here, last night. Work computer for my wife's exams,etc. Has a lot of tests etc. that I need to get for her.Thanks for any helpQwasi

Contact your Computer Manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of XP Recovery disk/s. They normally do that for a small $ cost.
