I shut down my computer and restarted it but when I get to the XP logon screen my keyboard will not allow entry of my password to gain access? I checked my keyboard cable and it is securily attached but when I try and type in my password, nothing enters on the screen. I also tried restarting and shutting down my computer several times but that did not help. Can someone help? 2 people got this answerI do too

Thanks for responding, the keyboard Num Loc light is the only light on. I got the problem resolved by turning off and unpluging my power strip. Snake_1
