Windows XP, I'm getting error message every time i'm shutting down my laptop; , NO recent change to my computer, have not tried to fix the problem, don't know what to do

Some program called Metama[some ending] is running in the background and failing. Look in Program Files for a folder starting with the word "Metama---". If this is a legitimate program you know, then uninstall/reinstall it.
