We have purchased MSDN Premium with Volume Licensing. We have successfully logged into the VL center and we can see our product keys. However, when we go to 'downloads' it says that we do not have any downloads available, to contact our reseller. Do we simply download the trials and enter the serial numbers? That doesn't seem right. Also, because we cannot see any downloads, we cannot order media kits. Please help!
