Sir, I have purchased a new Dell Desktop with Windows Vista Business OS but there is issue which is not resolving the above said issue is that the LAN is not connection to internet and its not getting IP address from our DHCP Server. Also the static IP address is not working(Manually). Its shows a Unidentified Network but not connect to internet its generating Bad IP Addresses when we enable the LAN.. Hi Sunil Thakur, Please refer to the steps in the KB article 928233 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928233) for troubleshooting. If it does not resolve the issue, please export the Windows IP Configuration on the Windows Vista machine by using the command ipconfig /all for further research.
