Had to reinstall windows vista operating software due to trojan virus, computer now works well and all software is back on. Windows tries to do updates and has got as far as service pack 1. Each time I try to install the update KB 973917 I get th error message 80073715. Please help me get past this update so I can load on service pack 2 etc. John
