I just bought a new Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7. I did the initial start up and then immediately went to Windows Update. I downloaded 11 updates and then it told me to restart my computer, so I did. On the restart it says "Preparing to configure Windows - Do not turn off your computer". Well it has been saying that for 30 minutes now. Does it usually take this long? Or what do you recommend that I do.
