Windows Update will not start whether I try from the Microsoft site or from my Start menu. I'm running Vista Business onan HP Quad Core Intel workstation with 4GB RAM.A Windows Update window opens but freezes. I cannot close the window except with Task Manager.

So this is not a Vista issue? I never had any Windows Update problems running XP.
