So basically i bought a new laptop. The only thing i did to the laptop is install some games, update my video drivers, install norton internet security and install microsoft office. The problem is with the updates. Every time windows download the updates, it fails and reverts it or something. I'm kinda getting scared and don't know what to do to stop this. This hasn't happened on my desktop, only on my laptop. I've attached images showing how 95 percent of updates fail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is an example.
