i've been having trouble for the past while, trying to launch a game i keep getting an error, CRITICAL ERROR: Error loading DLL: Game.dllerror code 14001, the application has failed to start because itsside-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application eventlog or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.i've tried re-installing the game, re-installing video drivers, then all of a sudden, i get a windows update for my video card, i think hey!!! that's convenient.......and then the update fails, and i've tried running the update 4 times and it keeps failing....error code 80070103....... anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Drivers on the Windows Update site are directly provided by hardware manufacturers. Microsoft tests drivers in various environments before they are published. However, we cannot guarantee all drivers will work on all hardware platforms as there are too many different models, although their hardware ID are the same as the standard version. Please install the driver update from Manfactuerer's website directly.
