Are you able to run or check for Windows Updates?

Guys, am trying to upgrade my machine from WINDOWS 8.1 to WINDOWS 10, unfortunately whenever I do try am getting this pop up.

Kindly, help me regarding this, so that I can look for Updates.

Is your system member of a Windows Domain? If so, and the configuration can be changed only by a domain administrator, once the related policy has been set in the domain for your computer. If a change is necessary, contact your Domain Administrator.
