Windows Store 8.1 ne marche pas

Bonjour chre touts et tous,

mon problme est que j'ai viens d'installer windows 8.1, tout est bien pass mais lorsque je voudrais lancer windows store a marche pas et aussi les applications sous menu dmarrer marches pas et retourne le message suivant impossible d'ouvrir cette application... avec une X sur chaque icone
