My laptop was attacked by a trojan last week but luckily the anti-virus programme got it out of my system & its all normal now.But in my Windows Security Center, in the Security Essentials Section I can not turn it ON & when I try its says 'you need to restart your computer'. I even did that many times but still it does not get turned On.Please HELP!1 person needs an answerI do too
