I am using windows 7 home premium. Since last night windows action center doesn't giving me any problem to resolve except "Set Up Back-Up". But today when i started my pc i got an issue in my windows security center. I have take actions so that the issue can be resolved but the service doesn't start and issue remains same. So i have searched on net and find some solution related to this topic, in that the i have open services.msc and tried to start security center services but it doesn't start and gives me error 5 : access denined so i have further open services using administrator but still same. Please anybody help me out to resolve my problem. Sorry for bad english if you find any misteks..

This behavior occurs if the program or related Registry values are corrupt.
