I have checked that PDF has a check mark in front of it under file types. I loaded the PDF Index filter and it shows up under the file types. I have checked the radial for "Always search by name and contents". Nothing allows me to search for any PDF file with the contents of "Journal". I know for a fact that I have several PDF files with the word Journal in it multiple times.
