Hi I've been facing few bugs with Remote Assistance the first one is the bug password and I'm not the only one who faced it I tried all the methods in this thread but no use http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistasecurity/thread/41e833d7-8da2-4fad-aee7-aaaf71cb599a the second problem is when the other user makes an invitation for me, I accept it and open it I get this after writing the password It was working really smooth before few months, When I first discover this issue I thought that it wasn't my problem, it was the user's problem I closed my firewall and the Kaspersky and Reseted the router setting with a back I had back in 2009, still no use. but now after doing this with multiple people with Windows 7 and and Vista OS I still get the same issue, wrong password.. I hope you can slove this issue with me, or got a way to re-install Windows Remote Assistance. Maybe we must inform microsoft with this issue to fix it with an update or something, I always do windows update but still nothing changed.

What do you mean by Easy connection?

Up.. I still cant slove this issue, and I dont want to use any other program..

I would suggest you to reinstall the software which you are using and try to do the setting again hope this might help.
