What's an i3 laptop? In case it is a Windows 8 Pro machine you could try using Barb Bowman's tip for using an Invitation
http://digitalmediaphile.com/index.php/2014/01/27/get-remote-help-on-your-surface-or-rt-tablet/
BTW if you have Bluetooth you may not even have to send the Invitation by mail, just do a Send and Receive.
So, one great thing about this tip is I can use my Surface Pro stylus instead of one of those horrible fat-nibbed capacitive pens on my Surface RT. If it wasn't so tedious to set up I would definitely use it more often.
Also depending on what you mean by "clone" something else of interest is using MouseWithoutBorders between the two machines. However, in the case of Surface RT unfortunately all it can do then is act like a great big Touchpad and second keyboard. E.g. it only has the same functionality that MouseWithoutBorders gives to Windows Phone users.

Hello,
This is not possible, the two machines are different architectures\different processors so the code is not compatible
