Windows Online Not Working
When I open PC Settings, open Activate Windows, and press
Activate Windows Online but nothing happened. Any ideas?

is there any activation prompt pop-up?
did you perform Windows update before this issue happen?
what troubleshooting that you already done?
mostly this is only temporary issue due pending Windows update, I suggest you perform Windows update
other than those step, the other step will be Run sfc/scannow command and Windows 8.1 reset
