I have a strange problem. I had Norton installed, then it expired (free vers). I tried to reinstall Windows Onecare and it will not install. The thing is, anytime I downlaod anything, it does not give me the option to "RUN" whatever I am trying to install; rather, it saves it somewhere on C drive and I have a heck of a time finding it, and half the time it will not install. Help. I must have some settings messed up that are preventing the option to "RUN". Pls help! I have Windows XP on an old computer, emachines. thank you.1 person got this answerI do too
