User gets the following message (but not at same time or just a start-up/login) Windows Needs Your Current Credentials Please lock this computer, then unlock it using your most recent password or smart card What is this referring to and why is this happeningRHStanley I.T. Manager FBCIR / IRCS

Without knowing anything about your environment, it is hard to answer the question. I could imagine, that the system is using cached credentials containing an outdated password, while in Active Directory the password has already been changed. But as said, without getting more details about the configuration of the system, its all crystal ball polishing. Best greetings Olaf
