Why can't I open these kind of emails? I have XP. Also, I cannot open PowerPoint emails. Do I need to buy some kind of software?Thanks, anybody!Meli

Hi Melibob, 1. Which E-mail client like Microsoft Outlook, hotmail, etc. are you using?2. Does the issue occur only with a particular e-mail client?3. Do you get any error messages when you try opening the files?4. Are you able to open other PowerPoint files stored on your hard disk?5. Are you able to open the media files stored on your computer properly with windows media player?
