Windows Modules Installer Worker continuously runs and causes extreme lag time
I'm frustrated with the constant churning going on. Is there a way to turn it off and just turn it on every once in a while? I'd like to surf the internet or read my email without all this lag time!

Hi,

This service is running for all Windows Updates and configures Windows features, sometimes it tries to compress the WinSxS folder to get more free space for computer. And it might have to run for a few hours in total.
