Recently I was trying to download an Audio Book using the Overdrive Media Console.Within that program I tried to use the "Windows Media Player Security Upgrade"That tool however produced a message "A problem has occurred in retrieving the DRM machine Identification. Contact Microsoft productsupport". I have been trying to find the proper place to make the recommended contact. From these searches I was referred to " Genuine Microsoft - Diagnostic Site " the solve button led me to "Microsoft Software plug-ins for your Mozilla FireFox browser". However downloading and running that plug-in did not help solve the problem!I am using XP Home Sp3 and Media player 11.0.5721.5280Can anyone suggest a solution?Thanks in advance.Halek in TN1 person needs an answerI do too
