When attempting to set up the media sharing function, the Unknown Device Icon is missing from the window. I'm trying to enable our ATT Uverse system to display photos on our linked TV's. I downloaded Media Player 11 yesterday and, after 2 hours discussion with ATT tech service, was advised that the problem is in the software.Ideas:Programs you are having problems with Error messages Recent changes you made to your computer What you have already tried to fix the problem 1 person needs an answerI do too
