I am currently running the Vista Home Premium. Windows Update tried to do a update for the Windows Media Runtime ll but failed numerous times. The code is 800B0100 (KB968816).I finally found the security update at Microsoft Downlaod Center and saved it to my desktop. The issue is there's an error page comes up saying I don't have permission to update windows.I have been to a few support pages for the Vista and this issue and have followed the steps they wanted me but still no luck. I know this security update is very important and i would like to get it.Debbie
