Windows Media Center
I bought a product key for Windows 8. When I upgraded to 8.1, the capability to load Media Center disappeared. I specifically asked for a version of 8.1 which could join a domain AND load Media Center. I was provided a version of 8.1 Enterprise, which is now loaded. I cannot follow the instructions here (add http:) //windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/feature-packs to load Media Center. On step 3, there is no "Add features to Windows 8.1" capability in "Turn Windows features on or off". Why?

To install Windows 8.1 Pro Pack, you must be running Windows 8.1; to install Windows 8.1 Media Center Pack, you must be running Windows 8.1 Pro

Windows Media Center cannot be installed if you are using Windows 8.1 Enterprise
