Windows Live don't auto start up on boot (windows 7 64 bit)
Hi, when I got my new computer, i install all my application like Windows Live. Windows Live was working fine and was starting automatically on boot. Now, he doesn't start automatically. In the option, the automatically start up is selected... In mscofing, Windows Live is selected too and is suppose to start on boot. I tried to remove and install it back and the problem is still there... I use the compatibility mode with XP to have it in the system tray. What can I do ? All was working nice some day before... Thanks !

Hi,Is there any newly installed program before this issue? As the issue occurs recently, system restore would be a quick fix. What is the version of your windows live? This issue can occur when your Windows live is out dated, make sure you get the latest free version with the latest update:Visit http://messengersays.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!5B410F7FD930829E!60258.entry?sa=780342851

This is a startup issue occured recently, I suspected certain program has conflict with Windows Live messenger. To troubleshoot this issue, boot into clean boot:This method will disable loading program or service from start up to avoid conflict1. Click "Start",and type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility. 2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray). 3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". 4. Click "OK" to restart your computer to Selective Startup environment. 5. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the "Don't show this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts" box and click OK.6. Check whether or not the issue still appears in this environment.
