It states there is an error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid. it is also hindering me from accessing my scanner. It recently stated that I had a publisher block or that my active x controls were not enabled. I have the active x controls enabled. It states re install the scanner software. Yet it will not let me install it because of the transform path error message. It is an HP all-in-one printer. Please help. I have contacted the manufacturer and they stated I needed to contact Windows to figure out how to unblock the paths. I cannot re install the program. Please advise and help!
