Windows Installer pops up message in Windows XP machine.
Original Title: The windows installer in my xp.the windows installer pops up, but never installs. I, quite frankly don't know if the pc even has one installed on it, and whether it is installed correctly, as the denial suggests. Futher, i have been unsuccessful in my attempts to install the installer. Nothing is in the add/removal page indicating a installer installed in this system or in any of the other sites relating the systems tools, devices, etc. that i know of and accessed. The possibility exists that i didn't follow instructions precise enough, nor understood exactly what i was reading. I need the personnel asisstant to help me with this installer issue!
