Windows Installer__
When trying to install a MathTutor program on my Windows XP I get this message: The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows insafe mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. contact your support personnel for assistance. Running Windows XP in Normal mode returned the same message. I'm stuck - and not able to pay someone to help me. I am trying to help my grandson in his struggle with math in Jr. High.1 person needs an answerI do too
