When I turn on my laptop, a Windows Installer window that says "Preparing to Install" flashes several times. Also the same window flashes when I attempt to open the Program Updates from the control panel. Has been going on approx. 2-3 months. Don't know how to fix it. Please advise.2 people need an answerI do too
