Windows Firewall won't start.
My windows firewall will not start. I am running windows XP SP3. I have tried to start it manually and all it says "Windows can not start the windows firewall/internetconnection sharing." I hate SPAMMERZ!!!1 person needs an answerI do too

1. What antivirus/security solution do you have installed? Many of these programs have their own firewall component and will disable the Windows Firewall. This is A Good Thing since you don't want two firewalls running. 2. If your antivirus program doesn't have a firewall component, what is the malware/virus status of the machine?
