I recently installed Windows XP home edition 32 bit on a new computer and Updated to service Pack 3. Everything is working fine and is fully activated except for Windows Firewall. Whenever I start the computer the internet does not work for about 5 minutes, at this point a security warning claims Windows Firewall is Off and then turns On at which point the internet will work. The machine meets XP minimum requirements . unfortunately I don't know if this problem is because of SP3 or not as I installed SP2 and SP3 straight away.Thanks for your time1 person needs an answerI do too
