Here's how the error occur: Open URL: http://firstpersonshooters.net/Games/Medal%20of%20Honor/Airborne/images/icons/Medal%20of%20Honor%20-%20Airborne_new_1.icoRightclick picture and choose to save it as it is: "Medal%20of%20Honor%20-%20Airborne_new_1.ico" (If you save file as "Medal of Honor - Airborne_new_1.ico" then there's no error)Then browse to saved file in windows explorer and right-click it. Windows Explorer reports "Searching solution to problem...", then "Restarting ..." and then quits without restarting.
