Windows Explorer bug/error
Here's how the error occur:
Open URL:
http://firstpersonshooters.net/Games/Medal%20of%20Honor/Airborne/images/icons/Medal%20of%20Honor%20-%20Airborne_new_1.icoRightclick picture and choose to save it as it is: "Medal%20of%20Honor%20-%20Airborne_new_1.ico" (If you save file as "Medal of Honor - Airborne_new_1.ico" then there's no error)Then browse to saved file in windows explorer and right-click it. Windows Explorer reports "Searching solution to problem...", then "Restarting ..." and then quits without restarting.

Check the Windows "Application" log in the Event Viewer to see if there's any detailed information about this problem and post more details here.

Okay, I opened the event viewer and reproduced the error. And two events are registered in the viewer:
