Back up error log 0x8100002f - "Windows backup skipped I:\contacts because it can not be found on drive I:\" I:\ is my external usb backup drive... add'l msg's - "Your last backup did not complete successfully, your files have not been backed up" and "the backup completed but some files were skipped" I've tried the backup with different settings but keep getting same msg's (Let windows decide what files and I decided what files) same result. Any help and or suggestions would be appreciated. Alfred39
